Today Pickle began his journey in reading. The younger three boys collect word families in a three ring binder as a way of learning phonics and sight reading. It has gone quite well with BoyNamedSue and Pudge. I can think of no greater gift to give your children than the ability to read.

Yay Pickle. I'm going to be sad when I can't tease any of them about not being able to read. Guess I'll have to find something else, hm? ;o) I'm not thinking this will be difficult lol!
